Bei zweiflügeligen Türen ist eine präzise Montage erforderlich, damit der Verschluss am Mittelsteg (Stulp) sauber schließt und Insekten keine Chance haben.
Präzises Aufmaß am Mittelsteg
Doppelflügel werden oft als ein großes Element montiert, das über beide Türen geht:
- Gesamtbreite: Messen Sie über beide Türflügel hinweg den lichten Durchgang.
- Mittelsteg-Check: Prüfen Sie, ob zwischen den beiden Türen ein Überstand vorhanden ist, an dem die Magnete später greifen können.
- Height: Messen Sie die lichte Höhe an der Außenkante des Rahmens.
Montage von Führung & Anschlag
Die Montage erfolgt meist in einem umlaufenden Rahmen:
- Montieren Sie zuerst das obere Führungsprofil waagerecht über beide Flügel.
- Setzen Sie die seitlichen Profile und das untere Schwellenprofil (barrierefrei) an.
- Richten Sie das gesamte System mit der Wasserwaage aus, bevor Sie die Verschraubung finalisieren.
Einhängen & Verschluss-Check
Der wichtigste Schritt bei Doppelflügeln ist der Verschluss in der Mitte:
- Setzen Sie die Insektenschutz-Flügel in die Schienen ein.
- Prüfen Sie den Magnetverschluss in der Mitte (Stulp-Bereich). Er sollte über die gesamte Höhe bündig schließen.
- Justage: Sollte in der Mitte ein Spalt sein, nutzen Sie die Justierschrauben an den Scharnieren (falls vorhanden), um die Flügel leicht nach innen zu neigen.
